Every couple arrives with a different vision and a different amount of time, energy, and bandwidth for planning. That's why we offer four distinct services designed to meet you exactly where you are.
A Gorge elopement can look like just the two of you at a sunrise waterfall ceremony, or a small circle of your closest people watching from a cliffside overlook at golden hour. Whatever you imagine, the details behind that perfect day are more layered than they first appear. We handle location scouting, permit and pass research, officiant coordination, vendor recommendations, and timeline building to make this the easiest decision ever.
Best for: Couples seeking an intimate, stress-free ceremony with 0 to 10 guests.
A micro wedding in the Gorge is an experience your guests will talk about for years. Imagine 10 to 40 of your favorite people gathered at a private riverside venue in Hood River, or on a forested terrace above the Columbia, followed by a farm-to-table dinner in town. We design and execute the entire experience: venue sourcing, florals, catering coordination, styling, and day-of flow.
Best for: Couples planning an intimate celebration with 10 to 49 guests.
From your first venue consultation to your final send-off, we manage every detail from beginning to end. Full-service planning covers vendor sourcing and negotiation, design direction, budget management, and complete day-of execution — all tailored to the Gorge's unique landscape and logistics
Best for: Couples planning an intimate wedding of 50 to 100 guests who want expert guidance at every stage.
You have done the planning. Now hand off the logistics and actually be present for the day you have been looking forward to. Day-of coordination includes a thorough planning handoff, full vendor communication, timeline management, and on-site coordination from setup through send-off
Best for: Couples who have planned their wedding independently and want a professional to execute the day flawlessly.

You get to be fully present.
We handle the rest.
The Gorge offers something few wedding destinations can match. Incredible natural beauty at every turn - Waterfalls, forests, cliffs, rivers, wildflowers, and panoramic viewpoints create unforgettable ceremony locations throughout the region.
The area also has some of the most charming small towns. From Hood River and Mosier to White Salmon, Stevenson, Cascade Locks, and The Dalles, the Gorge is filled with communities that make wedding weekends feel personal and relaxed.
Many couples turn their wedding into a full experience with hiking, wine tasting, breweries, orchard visits, and scenic drives.
With easy access from Portland and less than an hour from the Portland International Airport, it's easy for couples and guests traveling from out of state.
Our role is to handle the logistics so you can focus on the experience, your partner, and the people who matter most.
Permits, seasonal conditions, weather patterns, and location logistics vary throughout the Gorge. We help navigate the details so your experience feels seamless.
Even the best-planned weddings have unexpected moments. Having an experienced planner in your corner means you have someone ready to handle the details so nothing takes away from the experience.
Fully and enthusiastically - YES. We celebrate all couples and believe every love story should be honored with the same care, creativity, and joy. Our vendor network includes partners who share our commitment to inclusive, affirming wedding experiences.
Absolutely! Many of our Gorge wedding clients plan from out of state. We handle all the logistics remotely for you. Lodging in Hood River, Cascade Locks, Stevenson, or White Salmon makes a natural home base for your wedding weekend.
It depends on which side of the river your ceremony takes place. Oregon ceremonies require an Oregon marriage license, and Washington ceremonies require a Washington license. We walk you through the exact legal steps based on your chosen location.
Weather in the Gorge — rain, wind, and occasionally smoke — is something we plan for from day one, not something we react to at the last minute. We will go over backup and contingency options during your planning process.
We can't wait to hear your story!
Your inquiry is on its way. We're honored you're considering us to be part of such an important chapter in your story.
