Elopement Planning
The Oregon Coast is a dream for your wedding. Logistics such as beach access, permit rules, tidal timing, seasonal weather, and vendor availability all vary by location and time of year. We offer four planning services designed to meet you wherever you are in the process, from couples who have not started yet to couples who just need someone to show up and run the day.
An Oregon Coast elopement can be as intimate as the two of you at the edge of the Pacific with a photographer and an officiant, or as full as a small circle of your closest people gathered at a cove during low tide. We handle the entire experience: location research, tidal and weather timing, permit evaluation, officiant coordination, vendor recommendations, and a complete timeline from getting ready through your post-ceremony celebration. Your only job on the day is to be present.

Micro Wedding Planning
A micro wedding on the Oregon Coast gives your guests the gift of an experience they will never forget. We design and execute ceremonies and small receptions at coastal venues, beach sites, and intimate properties along the coastline. From florals and catering coordination to timeline management and day-of flow, we build your entire micro wedding experience from the ground up.
Best for: Couples planning an intimate celebration with 10 to 49 guests.
Full Service Wedding Planning
From your first consultation to your final send-off, we manage every detail end-to-end. Full-service planning covers venue sourcing, vendor negotiation and management, design and styling direction, budget oversight, and complete day-of execution — all tailored to the coastal environment and the intimate scale of celebration we specialize in.
Best for: Couples planning an intimate wedding of 50 to 100 guests who want expert guidance at every stage.
Day-Of Wedding Coordination
You have done the planning. Now put the spreadsheet down and actually enjoy the day you have been looking forward to. Day-of coordination includes a thorough planning handoff, vendor communication, tidal and weather monitoring, timeline management, and full on-site coordination from getting ready through send-off.

Is PNW Intimate weddings LGBTqia+ friendly?
We serve the full Oregon Coast — from Astoria and Seaside in the north to Brookings and the Samuel H. Boardman State Scenic Corridor in the south. Most weddings take place in Cannon Beach, Manzanita, Pacific City, Lincoln City, and Yachats.
Do you serve the entire Oregon Coast or just specific towns?
For most elopements and small ceremonies, no Special Use Permit is required. Oregon's coastline is entirely public land, and couples can marry on most beaches freely, as long as they have fewer than 50 guests and do not set up structures such as arches, chairs, or sound systems. We assist with permitting for all events that feature a more formal set-up.
Do I need a permit to get married on an Oregon Coast beach?
Frequently Asked Questions about Oregon Coast Wedding Planning
Absolutely, and many of our couples do exactly that. There is no Oregon residency requirement to obtain a marriage license or get married in the state. We specialize in planning Oregon Coast elopements and micro weddings for destination couples, handling all local logistics remotely. Most of our out-of-state clients plan their entire coast wedding without needing to visit Oregon before the actual day.
